Guest Post Submission Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

  • Content-Length: Articles should be between 800-1200 words. We prefer concise and robust discussions that captivate our audience.
  • Formatting: Submit your articles in Google Docs or Microsoft Word format. To enhance readability, use headers, bullet points, and short paragraphs.
  • Originality: All submissions must be entirely original and not published elsewhere. We will review the content for plagiarism to ensure originality.
  • Images and Media: We highly encourage high-quality images, charts, and graphics to enhance content. Please ensure you have the right to use them or that they are from royalty-free sources.

What We Don't Accept?

To maintain the quality and relevance of our content, we do not accept:

  • Previously Published Content: All submissions must be original and not previously published elsewhere.
  • Promotional Content: Articles that are overly promotional or self-serving. Your content should educate and inform rather than advertise.
  • Plagiarized Material: Submissions that fail to credit sources or are found to be plagiarized will be rejected.
  • Poorly Written Articles: Submissions that lack clarity, coherence, or proper structure. We value well-written, engaging content that adheres to our blog post guidelines.
  • Irrelevant Topics: Content that does not align with our focus on HR practices and trends.

How to Submit Your Pitch?

Before writing your entire article, we strongly advise you to submit a pitch. This is how you do it:

  • Email Your Pitch: Please submit a brief synopsis of your proposed article to support@hrhub.app.
    • - A working title for your article.
    • - A summary of the main points you intend to cover.
    • - Why is this topic relevant to our audience?
    • - A short bio (120 words max) and a link to your LinkedIn profile or personal blog.

What Happens Next?

When our editorial staff receives your pitch, they will:

  • Proper Analysis: Examine your pitch and determine how valuable it would be to our audience.
  • Give Feedback: We will get back to you in a maximum of two weeks, either approving the move forward or offering helpful criticism if any changes are required.

Final Draft Submission

Write your piece in its entirety if your pitch is accepted. Observe these rules:

  • Article Length: The length of the article is 1,200–2,000 words.
  • Formatting: To improve readability, use distinct headers, subheadings, and bullet points. Send in your article in Word or Google Docs format.
  • Visuals: To enhance your writing, include eye-catching pictures, infographics, or charts. Make sure you are authorized to use these images.
  • References: List all sources you used to support your arguments and recommend more reading.

Revision & Publication

Once you submit your final draft:

  • Editorial Review: Our team will examine the entire article to ensure that it is appropriate, relevant, and follows all rules.
  • Revisions: We'll offer suggestions and request changes if needed. Our aim is to help you polish your work to our standards.
  • Approval: We will verify the publishing date as soon as your article is complete.
  • Publication: Your piece will be disseminated on social media sites and published on HR HUB. To get the most exposure possible, we strongly advise you to promote your post within your network.
